Pasta comes from Italy, the first mention of it comes from the 1st century AD in the famous book by Apicius (who lived during the reign of Tiberius), where the preparation of minced meat or fish garnished with lasagne is described. Admit yourself if a dish survives unchanged for so long, it certainly says something about its quality and taste. We offer traditional types of pasta from various Italian regions: Spaghetti, Linguini, Rigatoni, Tagliatelle, Tortellini, Ravioli and Lasagne already mentioned.
