After many years of experience, we know what type of meat makes the best steak.  If you do not have much experience with choosing the right meat,  let us advise you and feel free to ask about anything. We can advise you and recommend the type of meat, side dish and wine. If you already know exactly what meat you like, we would like to offer you preparation on  a lava stone which we will heat up in our  furnace for you. You can try what it's like to be a chef  and  prepare the meat to your liking.
